The Royal Economic Society is pleased to announce that the RES Symposium of Junior Researchers will be held on Wednesday 29 June - Thursday 30 June.

This online event is organised by research students at the University of Warwick's Department of Economics.

The Symposium aim is to bring together young economists at different stages of their research to encourage discussion and the sharing of knowledge.  Submissions are welcome from PhD students and early career researchers in any field of economics.

This year’s symposium will consist of two keynote sessions:

The Economics of Renewable and Traditional Energy
Professor Veronika Grimm, Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU)

How to get Published - An Editors Insight
Professor Amanda Friedenberg, Managing Editor of the Economic Journal and University of Arizona

Professor Heski Bar-Isaac, Managing Editor of the Economic Journal and University of Toronto

As well as a selection of parallel sessions for papers to be presented and discussed.
