All rooms will have a PC and computer projection facilities. Each each presenter is asked to bring their presentation material on a flash drive. In each room the PC will have the Microsoft Office suite of programmes plus a pdf reader.
All General Sessions will be 90 minutes in length, with up to four speakers per session. Each speaker is expected to restrict their presentation to around 20 minutes including questions and answers.
