2015 Conference Accommodation

Manchester offers a wide range of accommodation and, since the University of Manchester is close to the city centre, many options are available to delegates attending the 2015 Royal Economic Society conference. You are welcome to make your own arrangements if you wish.

However, you may find it convenient to organise accommodation through Visit Manchester (the city’s tourist information bureau), which is the official accommodation provider for RES2015. Rooms have been secured through Visit Manchester at a selection of hotels across the city at specially negotiated delegate rates, with the greatest choice of rooms available to those who book early.

All rooms are held on an on-line system, allowing you to book and secure your own accommodation using either pro-forma invoices or credit/debit cards. If you require any assistance with your reservation, support is available via the Visit Manchester Accommodation Booking Team.

Rooms are available through this site from the evening of Saturday 29th March 2015 to Wednesday 1st April 2015 (inclusive), so that you can come early (or stay a little longer) to enjoy the many attractions that Manchester offers. Negotiated delegate rates and rooms will be held until 2nd March 2015. Accommodation will still be available to those who book after 2nd March, but the rates are not guaranteed and direct contact may have to be made with the Visit Manchester Accommodation Booking Team.
