- International Benchmarking Helpman Report Revised
Following the original publication of the International Benchmarking Review of UK Economics by the Economic and Social Research Council and the Royal Economic Society, it became clear that some of the bibliometric data supplied to the Review Panel were inaccurate. The data were therefore re-analysed and the Panel was invited to consider whether any changes should be made to its report. We are now pleased to publish the Panel's revised report. The data corrections have not resulted in any changes to the Panel's overall conclusions, but some points of its detailed assessment in Chapter 3 of the report have been revised. The changes are listed for ease of reference on the accompanying Corrections note. The Council and the Society would again like to thank the International Panel for its thorough, stimulating and positive assessment of UK Economics.
