(All files are supplied as self-executing zip files. To unzip simply save to a specified folder and double click to open the file. A dialogue box will then ask you where you would like the expanded files to be placed.)

1. Once you have selected the file you want to download, double click the underlined entry. This will show the Save As dialogue box.
   
   
2. In the Save as Type box, choose All Files (*.*). (In Microsoft's Internet Explorer, click 'save it to disk' option.)
   
   
3. In the File Name box, type a name for the document. (Netscape suggests a name using the document's current title. To change this, simply highlight the existing name and type over it.)
   
   
4. Click Save.
   
   
5. Open the self-executing file and choose an associated application.
