Economics Network GTA workshops - now endorsed by the Royal Economic Society

The Royal Economic Society is pleased to announce their formal endorsement of the Economics Network workshops following a review by an independent panel.

The Royal Economic Society "agreed that the programmes are of a high quality and appropriate for the intended purpose of supporting new lecturers and GTAs as they begin their careers as teachers of economics".

And the Scottish Economic Society "is pleased to endorse the Economics Network workshops as these have proven to be an invaluable and high quality resource for graduate teaching assistants and new lecturers in economics".

The autumn programme of Economics Network workshops for graduate teaching assistants has now been confirmed and places can be booked on the EN website. Dates and locations:
• 23 September, Heriot-Watt University
• 23 September, Royal Holloway University of London
• 28 September, University of Leicester
• 29 September, University of Oxford
• 29 September, University of York
• 30 September, University of Manchester
• 30 September, University of Exeter
• 4 October, University College London
• 5 October, University of East Anglia
• 12 October, University of Nottingham
Registration is free of charge for GTAs from subscribing departments and £50 for delegates from non-subscribing departments.
