RES Council Election now open for members votes until 6 March

  • Published Date: 17 February 2017

All RES Members with registered email addresses have now been contacted with a link to the 2017 Royal Economic Society Council Election ballot. If you have not received an email from the RES office, or have difficulty accessing the ballot paper please check that your Society membership and registered email address is current by contacting cs-membership@wiley.com. If you have not received a ballot, please contact resoffice@res.org.uk with your membership number.

Each year, some members votes cannot be counted because they have not verified them.  After you have submitted your vote, you will quickly receive an auto-generated email to the same address asking you to verify your vote by following a confirmation link to a Polldaddy validation page. YOUR VOTE CAN COUNT ONLY ONCE YOU HAVE VERIFIED YOUR VOTE IN THIS WAY

Please can we encourage all members to vote, as often the results come down to one or two votes. For more details on the elected RES Council membership and activity please read the governance pages here.

The Council election 2017 will close at midnight 6 March GMT.
