"Influencing the provision of health care. Quality, financial incentives and future challenges" is an international workshop on Health Economics, financially supported by the Royal Economic Society and the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR)
It will be co-chaired by Professor Rachel Griffith and Professor Matt Sutton. It will consist of five 45-minute presentations (and 15 mins. discussion) held at the Council Chamber, Sackville Building, University of Manchester.
The one-day workshop will be held on the 20th of May and will focus mainly on financial incentives, pay for performance schemes and competition issues in the health care sector.
