Lancaster PhD Summer School

The Department of Economics of Lancaster University is delighted to host a summer school on applied microeconomics on September 17-19. PhD students and early career researchers are invited to attend and present their work. Lectures will be given by:

Sascha Becker (Warwick) on “Long-run development and institutions”
Ruben Durante (Sciences Po & UPF) on “Political economics of traditional and new media”
Hannes Mueller (IAE-CSIC) on “Applications of machine learning and text analysis”
