Heterogeneity is the focus of the 2013 Special Session organised by The Econometrics Journal at the Royal Economic Society Conference which will take place at Royal Holloway University of London from Wednesday 3rd to Friday 5th April 2013.
The session is scheduled for 17.00-18.30 on Thursday 4th April.
A paper entitled “Using Mixtures for Econometric Models with Unobserved Heterogeneity” will be presented by Yuichi Kitamura (Yale) together with a second paper “Quantile Models for Panel Data” by Stéphane Bonhomme (CEMFI).
Lars Nesheim (UCL) will act as discussant.
The session will be chaired by Richard J Smith (University of Cambridge).
