Econometrics of Games Special Session Planned at RES 2017

As in previous years, The Econometrics Journal will organize a Special Session at the Royal Economic Society Annual Conference 2017. This Special Session is tentatively entitled “Econometrics of Games” and the invited speakers are Elie Tamer (Harvard University) and Philip Haile (Yale University).

Previous Special Session topics have included :

  • Model Selection and Inference
  • Econometrics of Matching
  • Large Dimensional Models
  • Heterogeneity
  • Econometrics of Forecasting
  • Nonparametric Identification: Current Issues and Problems.

The 2017 Royal Economic Society Annual Conference will be held at the University of Bristol on 10-12 April 2017. More information on the time and location of The Econometrics Journal Special Session, including the titles of the presentations, will be posted when available.
