Here are some questions and answers to help you navigate the site and learn more about how the Membership Directory operates.

1.Registered users with current membership can login to access articles of The Economic Journal & The Econometrics Journal by selecting the Search and Browse menu

2. When you click "Submit", you will receive a confirmation on screen that your details have been received successfully. You may print this off to use as a record. If you require any assistance with your registration, contact the online helpdesk cs-websites@wiley.com

No - once you have received your password, all you need to do is re-validate this password on the logon page at each visit and you will have access to your member profile. There is a direct link to the logon page from the homepage.

In order to access your own member profile, you will need to sign in first and then go to http://www.res.org.uk/Membership/update.asp. You will then have access to your personal details.

Please note there is no longer a searchable Member Directory available via the Royal Economic Society website.

When you amend your contact details, these changes will be uploaded back to our database but the ship-to address will remain the same as it was before (i.e. contact details rather than delivery details are changed). If you want to change your ship-to details you will need to contact our Membership Services department separately at cs-membership@wiley.com.

Please note that in the near future you will be able to choose to notify our Membership Services department of any changes made to your shipping address without the need to send a separate email.

Your membership number is the number that appears at the end of the second line of your address label which is on the paper copy of the society journal. Please contact the online helpdesk cs-websites@wiley.com if you are unable to find your membership number.

Please note that Online Only Student Members will not receive a paper copy (new category for 2011).

Select the ‘How to join or renew your membership’ link on the left hand menu (or access the page directly using this link). Then select the appropriate price from the table and this will generate an order form. As this website is secure, you can use this form to pay by credit card. During the ordering process you will be asked to enter your choice of a username and password for the site. Please use these details to logon to the site and access The Economic Journal.
